“To make a great film you need three things —
the script, the script, the script.”Alfred Hitchcock
To me there is nothing more exciting than creating complex, flawed characters and sending them on a journey.
No matter the genre or whether it’s a feature or short, it’s such a joy when those characters start talking and bringing their quirks, fears, dreams and secrets into the story.
But the real magic begins the minute those characters are cast. Collaborating with actors and a director to bring characters to life in front of the camera…well it just doesn’t get any better than that!

I’ve written two feature films for the Hallmark Channel and I’m currently pitching two TV pilots. I’ve written and executive-produced four award-winning short films and have many feature and short scripts ready for production. Over the years I’ve gained a reputation as an experienced screenwriter and filmmaker and continue to be called to judge scripts and films in national film festivals and college competitions.

“Lyrical and graceful, On The Way To Woodstock is honest, funny, heartbreaking and so real. It is simply one of the best books I’ve read in a long time.”

“Reflecting the struggles of the anti-Vietnam War movement and the women’s movement, On The Way To Woodstock is an entertaining story that transcends generations. It’s a moving, heartfelt read not to be put down.
